Signing in, and the 6-digit code we email you

   Create the account

   Open Create account on frozentweaks.com and enter your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters.

   Type the 6-digit code

   We email you a 6-digit code. Type it in within 10 minutes. Not there? Check spam and promotions.

   Log in to the app

   Open Frozen Tweaks and log in with the same email and password. The free plan is on right away, with no payment details.

• Wait a minute, then check spam and promotions.
• After 60 seconds you can select Send a new code. Use the code from the newest email.
• A typo in your address? Select Use a different email and sign up again.
• The site says Too many tries? Wait a few minutes, then ask for a new code.

The code only confirms your email. We never ask for your email password or a PIN.

The app shows Login failed for every sign-in problem, so check on the website: log in on frozentweaks.com with the same email and password. The website tells you what's wrong:

• Confirm your email first: the address isn't confirmed yet. Select Send code and type the new code.
• That email and password don't match: try again, or select Forgot password? to set a new one. The reset link works for 1 hour.
• Logged in on the website, but the app still fails? Check the PC's internet connection: the app needs it to sign in.
