Your license key, or the email of your account
What changed: a new PC, a Windows reinstall or new hardware

A license works on one Windows PC at a time. We reset it free of charge.

So we can find the payment, include:

Your order reference from the contract confirmation email, if you have it
The date and amount of the payment
How you paid, for example card or PayPal

Never send card numbers or passwords. We never ask for them.

To end a subscription, no message is needed: Cancel contracts here.

So we can reproduce it, include:

Your Windows version
What you did, what you expected and what happened
The exact error text, if there is one
