Short answer

Updated

Clipboard history (Win + V) keeps the last items you copied, and cloud clipboard syncs them to your other devices. This tweak turns both off and disables the clipboard user service behind them. In the registry it sets EnableClipboardHistory to 0 under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Clipboard, and 1 more value.

How to undo it

In the app: Yes

Switching it off removes the two clipboard values, which is how Windows ships, and sets the Clipboard User Service to Manual.

Switch the tweak off in Frozen Tweaks. It deletes EnableClipboardHistory, EnableCloudClipboard, so Windows uses its built-in behavior again. It sets cbdhsvc to Manual.

Changing several settings at once? The app's Make a restore point button, on every plan, makes a Windows restore point before you start.

Verdict

A privacy choice. If you use Win + V, keep it.
