# Bought as a guest? Redeem your license key

**Short answer:** If you paid as a guest, your license key is in the contract confirmation email we sent after the purchase. Log in on frozentweaks.com with a free account, or create one, open your dashboard and paste the key under Redeem a license key. Then log in to the app with that account, and your plan is there.

## How to redeem the key

1. **Find the key**: Open the contract confirmation email from Frozen Tweaks. The key starts with FT and looks like `FT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX`.
2. **Log in on frozentweaks.com**: [Log in](https://frozentweaks.com/login) with your free account, or [create one](https://frozentweaks.com/login?tab=register). It doesn't have to use the email you paid with.
3. **Paste the key**: On your [dashboard](https://frozentweaks.com/dashboard#redeem), under **License and PC**, open **Redeem a license key**, paste the key and select **Redeem key**.
4. **Log in to the app again**: The plan is on your account now. If the app was open, log in again so it picks the plan up.

## The key doesn't work

The dashboard says **That key isn't valid or was already redeemed** when a character is off or the key was used before. Copy it straight from the email rather than typing it. Each key works once: after that, the plan belongs to the account that redeemed it.

## When does my access start?

No. You can pay as a guest, and your license key arrives by email. To use it, you need a free account on frozentweaks.com.

### I can't find the email with my key. What now?

Search your inbox, spam and promotions for Frozen Tweaks. Still nothing? Write to us with the email you paid with and the date of the purchase, and we'll help you find it.

### Can I use one key on two accounts?

No. A key works once, on the account that redeems it.
